Boat trip on Lake Biel with Fondue Chinoise à discrétion.

Captain Oli takes you on a fondue chinoise cruise on Lake Biel. This fondue, which the captain himself calls ‘Filet Fondue Rousseau’, is served in vegetable broth and flavoured with straw rum (as desired).

The starter consists of bread rolls with fish mousse and a captain's salad with bacon and cheese. This is followed by the fondue, which consists of fillet of beef, horse, pork, lamb and chicken breast. The meat, which is served as desired, is cooked in a vegetable broth and given a very special flavour with a dash of rum. It is served with 15 sweet and sour side dishes, four homemade sauces, potatoes and rice. A vanilla ice cream with a red fruit coulis rounds off the menu.

    • Saturday programme (evening): meet at the landing stage in Douanne at 6 pm. Boarding and allocation of seats (it is not necessary to arrive in advance). Start of the cruise on Lake Biel at 6.15 pm and return to Douanne by 10.45 pm. The boat finally closes at midnight.
    • Sunday programme (lunchtime): meet at the Douanne landing stage at 11am. Boarding and allocation of seats (it is not necessary to arrive in advance). Start of the two-lakes cruise at 11.15 a.m. and return to Douanne by 4.15 p.m.
