Come aboard the boat run by Olivier Perrot, also known as Captain Oli, for an exceptional cruise combining the picturesque beauty of Lake Biel with the authentic flavours of the famous marc sausage.
Marc sausage is a traditional speciality of the Lake Biel region, served exclusively during the distilling season from January to March. Capitaine Oli invites you to taste this typical dish on board his boat, during a very convivial cruise. Immerse yourself in the wintry atmosphere of Lake Biel as you savour this delicious feast.
On the menu: snacks and appetisers with fish and cheese, white wine soup with croutons, sausage with marc (prepared with care by the butcher Maria Fuhrer and the Ruff distillery) with potato gratin à la façon du capitaine (potatoes and leeks), apple cake with crumble. A vegetarian variant is also available.

- Saturday programme (evening): meet at the landing stage in Douanne at 6 pm. Boarding and allocation of seats (it is not necessary to arrive in advance). Start of the cruise on Lake Biel at 6.35 pm and return to Douanne by 10.45 pm. The boat finally closes at midnight.
- Sunday programme (lunchtime): meet at the Douanne landing stage at 11am. Boarding and allocation of seats (it is not necessary to arrive in advance). Start of the two-lakes cruise at 11.30 a.m. and return to Douanne by 4.15 p.m.
