How to book an activity or a stay with jura & three-Lakes?

Find the activity that suits you and book it simply by using the dedicated form. With Jura & Three-Lakes, there is no need to create an online account to make purchases.

How can I pay?

Activities, packages and gift vouchers can be paid by 3-D secure credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by Twint. Our platform is fully secure for online payment. Accommodation bookings must be paid on the spot, at check-out.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

You will receive your booking confirmation immediately after booking, by email. You must present this confirmation on arrival.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can request the cancellation of your reservation:
  • up to 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund
  • less than 48 hours before arrival: no refund
Your cancellation request must be made by telephone or email to the partner tourist office. The contact details of the partner tourist office are indicated on your booking confirmation.

Different cancellation conditions may apply for packages, please refer to the information on the offer.

Is it possible to change a reservation?

Yes, you can request a change to your reservation up to 48 hours before your arrival. After this time, the reservation cannot be changed. Your request must be made by telephone or email to the partner tourist office. The contact details of the partner tourist office are indicated on your booking confirmation.

I have a card that gives me a discount for an activity. How can i take advantage of it?

If you have a card that gives you the right to a discount (e.g. Raiffeisen member card, BCJ club, Passeport Loisirs, etc.), you must book your tickets directly with the provider concerned.

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. The gift vouchers are valid for all activities and packages in the Jura & Three-Lakes region on sale in our online shop (but not for accommodation bookings). Order your personalised gift voucher here!
