The NTC, a guide for schools
Step by step guide to organize your school trips in the Neuchâtel region.
The NTC (Neuchâtel Tourist Card) is divided into two sections, the NTC-Transport and the NTC-Activities. It entitles you to free transport within the canton of Neuchâtel during your stay, as well as free admission to over thirty tourist attractions in the region.
HOW DOES NTC-ACTIVITIES WORK?
15 days before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail from Neuchâtel Tourist Card.

Click on the “Go to my NTC” button at the bottom of the e-mail to access your web app. Once on the web app, under the “My NTC-Activities” tab, you'll find a QR code that you'll need to present at the entrance to activities.

The QR code is valid for all persons in the booking.

Alternatively, you can print the PDF file attached to the confirmation e-mail, which also contains your QR code.
HOW DOES NTC-TRANSPORTS WORK?
15 days before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail from Neuchâtel Tourist Card.

Click on the “Go to reservation” button at the bottom of the e-mail to order your group tickets.
2.
Complete the online order form.
3.
Within a few days, you will receive your group travel passes by post to the address given on the form.
ATTENTION: In order to receive your tickets on time, the order must be placed online between 15 and 5 days before your arrival. After this time, it will no longer be possible to obtain a group ticket.
