INGREDIENTS tart dough Ø 28-30 cm
- 300g Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 20g Soft butter
- 2tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 2dl Milk
- 10g Crumbled yeast
Filling Ingredients
- 2dl Sour cream
- 0.5dl cream
- 1 beaten egg
- ¼ tsp salt
PREPARATION
- Mix the flour and salt, then make a well in the center. Add the butter and oil.
- Dissolve the yeast in the milk, pour into the well, and knead until smooth dough forms.
- Cover and let rise at room temperature until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 230°C (fan-assisted).
- Roll out the dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet, shaping the edges with your fingers.
- Let rise for another 15 minutes.
- Prick the base with a fork.
- Mix all the filling ingredients and pour over the dough.
- Bake on the lower rack of the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
