3 days walk from St-Imier to La Ferrière, Renan and Mont-Soleil.

Three days of hiking on the organic paths. Experience an original immersion in organic agriculture and meet farmers who are passionate about biodiversity.

The departure is planned at the train station of Saint-Imier. From there, you reach the heights and cross the forest of Droit to reach the organic and Demeter farm of "La Combe d'Humbert" in Sonvilier (879m). You will appreciate a very diversified agriculture with, among other things, a cheese production. You will have the opportunity to spoil your taste buds. After this gourmet break, you continue your itinerary through the Combe du Pélu to the farm "Sous les Plânes" where you find a majestic setting to recharge your batteries. Upon reservation, you can learn about the virtues of medicinal plants during a guided tour through the garden.

On the second day, you go back down to the Vallon de Saint-Imier via the Gibolette and the Haut des Vieilles to arrive at the organic and demeter farm of the "Betriebsgemeinschaft Les Convers", a farming community, in Renan. What a discovery, the farm built a little more than 400 years ago and the most varied agricultural work. After a delicious meal you return by another route, via the Robert's Row, to La Ferrière.

On the third day you leave from "Sous les Plânes" for a ten kilometer walk along the ridge and enjoy a magnificent panorama. Let yourself be amazed by the beauty of the Chasseral and arrive at Mont-Soleil to take a look at the solar and wind power plants of the future. You can even let yourself be tempted by an escape to the sun and the stars at the Astronomical Observatory.

After this breath of fresh air, the funicular will take you in a few minutes to Saint-Imier, a town with a wealth of watchmaking treasures and known worldwide as the home of the Longines factory. There is also the Spielhofer cheese factory to which the "Betriebsgemeinschaft Les Convers" delivers its milk for the production of the semi-hard cheese "Bio-Renan".
