Your programme starts in Le Locle with a visit to the jewels of the Museum of Clockmaking, in the charming Château des Monts. The visit will be followed by a tasting of Neuchâtel wines. Then, departure for the Val-de-Travers where a meal as surprising as it is delicious awaits you: ham cooked in the asphalt of the mines, which you will visit afterwards, to bring the day to a close.
