The Ours are cabins, but not like any other. They are exceptional cabins because you can gaze at the stars, and delight in the nocturnal show of the Jura sky.
Just a short walk away from the Doubs river, these cabins offers an idyllic setting to recharge your batteries and enjoy the serenity of the area, where the song of the crickets will lull you to sleep and only the tweeting of the birds will gently awaken you.
The Tariche camp site offers an opportunity to almost sleep under the stars in one of the 6 wonderful cabins each with a double bed (and a cot/child's bed). "Almost", because in these designer cabins, even though you can choose whether to open the roof, you can't choose whether you'll sleep amidst the luxuriant countryside of the Clos du Doubs!
After a good night's rest under the Big Dipper (or Bear) constellation, and on request, you can have your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the Tariche restaurant from Wednesday to Sunday (booking advised).
Please note that the washing facilities, basins, showers and toilets are shared with the other camping residents.
It's an itinerant camp site: these wonderful cabins move! Just like the heavenly bodies. It's a "pop-up" camp site. The sites, though there are (almost) as many as there are constellations, remain nonetheless within the Clos du Doubs. The surprise itinerary of the cabins changes with the seasons.
The Jura-Pass gives you free public transport access as well as reductions for many activities in the region.
