Alcala Brothers Ham

The two Alcala brothers are the founders of the Jural ham manufactory and continue the tradition handed down from their father in Spain by producing a range of top-quality products. The tasting room welcomes you for a gourmet moment, individually or in groups. Tours, tastings, garden parties and events can be organised for groups in the 18th century building and its beautifully landscaped garden. In the shop you will find a whole range of specialities, handmade and refined with passion by the two brothers: Pata Negra, salami, dried bacon, coppa, chorizo and much more.
