Contest

Please see below all the information and conditions of participation relating to the competition organised by Jura & Three-Lakes.

Public IG account

To enter the competition, you must have a public Instagram account.

Photos and bicycles

Take one or more photos along your route in the Jura & Three-Lakes region, make sure at least one bicycle (or part of a bicycle) is visible, and post them on your Instagram account.

Deadline

EXTRA TIME - The deadline for posting your photos is 30 August 2020.

Selection

The organiser (Jura & Three-Lakes) shall select the winner by drawing lots, and he/she will be notified by Instagram message.

Prize

Up for grabs: one night for 2 people in a bike-hotel in the region.

Organiser

Instagram does not sponsor or manage the competition in any way and will not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the management or organisation of the competition. The information provided by participants in the context of this competition is intended for the organiser and not for Instagram.

Conditions of participation

This competition is open to any natural person over the age of 13 (on the date of participation in the competition) and is open to everyone except employees of the Jura & Three-Lakes destination.

Prizes

Prizes cannot be exchanged and no cash equivalent is permitted under any circumstances.

Legal recourse

Any recourse to legal action is excluded. Participation in the competition implies full and unreserved acceptance of these rules by all participants. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of bonuses, without express communication from the organiser.

Disqualification

Any fraud or attempted fraud, use of photographs that do not belong to the participant and any other process designed to increase the participant's chances of winning by any means is prohibited. Any photograph that does not meet the entry criteria will be automatically rejected from the competition, without the express notification of the organiser.

Place of jurisdiction

The relationship between the organiser and the participants is subject exclusively to Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Canton of Bern.
