After enjoying the greenery and planting in Môtiers, the Grand Tour of Switzerland continues along the Areuse to Lake Neuchâtel and its vineyards.
During this part of the tour you will travel through the Val-de-Travers and follow the Areuse to Champ-du-Moulin. But you really must take a detour to the unmissable Creux du Van. For those who continue their journey, a photo spot of the Grand Tour is located in Brot-Dessous and offers a magnificent view of the rocky cirque. The road then descends to the villages of Colombier and Auvernier, renowned for their Chasselas, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines. The route then continues to the centre of the old town of Neuchâtel.
