The grain chamber offers a splendid transition from the wonderful views of Schüpfen, to the wide plains and the small historical town of Büren.
This hike begins at the station in the rural village of Schüpfen. Passing by wide fields, you reach the beautiful village of Grossaffoltern and the fine buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries. The ever changing view of the blue shape of the Jura is simply fascinating, and looking in the other direction, the eye is caught by the beautiful panoramic vista of the Alps.
