This late 10th century building is the landmark of the town of Neuchâtel.
White facades, turrets with pointed roofs and a walkway form an elegant ensemble on a rocky spur overlooking the town. Together with the neighbouring collegiate church, the castle is one of the oldest buildings in the city and is now the seat of the cantonal government.
