The Auberge de la Sauge, located between Ins (BE) and Cudrefin (VD), is in the heart of the most important swiss natural reserves that protect birds: the Grande Cariçaie, on the south coast of the lake of Neuchâtel. Single room: from CHF 130.- The natural reserve is part of the Sauge estate and combines nature protection with the Birdlife nature centre, the organical farm of the Chat Noir, as well as catering and hotel business with the Auberge. The Auberge (40 beds) combine comfort and well-being.
