Supported by anecdotes and photos of the period, this walk of about an hour invites visitors to discover the important sites of an era which marked the town of Sainte-Croix in the Jura.
Designed by the Hôtel de France, the walk allows the visitors to discover the industrial sites which made the reputation of Sainte-Croix, in the Jura.
The Paillard factories, the music box workshops, the Reuge factory, the workshop of the automaton maker Junod, the old Hôtel de Villa: leaving from the Hôtel de France, the itinerary makes it possible to discover the important sites of an era which marked the town of Sainte-Croix. The walk is supported by anecdotes and photos, and you should allow about an hour to complete it in comfort. An explanatory document is available at the Tourist Office of Sainte-Croix / Les Rasses.
