Located between the Croy-Romainmôtier train station and the town of Romainmôtier, the "Au Gaulois" rotisserie (15 GM points) is open Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtimes. In summer, customers can also enjoy the shade of the terrace.
A large, stylized grill conveys a warm, festive spirit to diners, who come from far and wide to sample Le Gaulois' specialties. The varied menu is based on local produce, and the refined setting is ideal for an elegant and convivial meal, just a few kilometers from the main roads.
