It's time for a meal and renowned chefs from the canton will help you discover (or rediscover) products from the Neuchâtel region: fish from the lake, Neuchâtel sausage PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), Gruyère PDO (Protected Designation of Origin), Neuchâtel cheeses as well as delicious Suchard chocolate and hand-crafted Neuchâtel bread. There's also a chance to savour the renowned absinthe and wines such as Non Filtré, Œil-de-Perdrix and Pinot Noir – either as ingredients to be guessed at in recipes, or by the glass.
