In the centre of Chavornay, Le Petit Corbeau (13 points GM) (the name comes from the village inhabitants’ nickname), offers authentic cuisine in the brasserie and fine dining in the dining room.
The young chef Bryan Lauper has proven his abilities in renowned international establishments before returning to his origins and helping to bring new life to this historical place. His dishes are principally made using local produce, with almost half of the wines coming from regional appellation wine-growing areas.
