Street-art icon Monsieur Chat is exhibiting for the first time in his career in Neuchâtel, at the Hôtel Palafitte, one of the last remaining witnesses to Expo 02. Designed as an ‘arteplage’ celebrating water, openness to the world and peace, the Hôtel Palafitte is a unique place.
