Since 1879, Cave des Lauriers, steeped in the rich winegrowing history of the Neuchâtel region, has been perpetuating a family heritage dedicated to viticulture. Located at the foot of the Château de Cressier, this family-run winery has been shaped by five generations. Committed to environmentally-friendly production, it follows PI ecological standards, reflecting its philosophy of superior quality. The estate organises events such as Caves ouvertes and Arte & Vini, attracting wine lovers and contributing to its reputation. After a morning tasting of the wine selections, visitors are invited to dine at the Hôtel de la Croix-Blanche, to complete an enriching experience.
