Organic flavours in Murten: a gourmet food and wine tour

Nearly 700 guests are expected to attend this third edition of the Organic Flavours Gourmet Tour in the heart of the old town of Murten each evening. From station to station, you will taste the best of the local produce: organic vegetables from the Seeland prepared by Morat chefs, cheeses from the region accompanied by organic wines from Vully, not forgetting a few artisanal sweets!

More than 10 stands will punctuate the tour:
1x aperitif
2x starters
2x main courses
1x dessert
1x cheese
1x organic vegetables from the Seeland
4x wines stalls

A large market square will be set up at the entrance to the old town of Murten, offering a wide range of organic vegetables from the region.

In order to limit the environmental impact of this major event, all tableware will be reusable or at least compostable.
