Via Berna

It is possible to feel completely abandoned by God between the steep and vertiginous walls of La Combe Grède if you force yourself to follow the demanding path leading to the summit of the Chasseral. But when you arrive, you will almost believe you are in paradise with the idyllic panorama it reveals. The hike continues past the "End of the World" restaurant in Magglingen and down into the steep Taubenloch gorge. The many hills and valleys of the Jura make the first stages of the Via Berna an unforgettable experience.
