Leaving the civilization the time of a small night walk allows to live a guaranteed change of scenery. Illuminated by the torches, we cross a meadow. Each tree rises like an immense statue, while the bushes and the low plants are used as marks to reveal us the way. The wood seems inhabited by benevolent shadows. Will the forest give us some secrets? When we arrive at the Gleresse or Milieu de Bienne farmhouse (possibly another one depending on the weather) we will taste a speciality. The return, a perfect walk to digest these dishes simmered with the secret of our tenant farmers.
