- Children must always be accompanied by at least one adult on horseback. Please indicate the age of the children in your booking.
- If you need an extra time slot, you can contact the activity provider directly.
- In the case of an outing for just one person, the service provider will charge a supplement of CHF 10 for a private horse ride.
- If the activity can't take place due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, black ice, etc.), the service provider reserves the right to suggest another date or time. Should the alternative offered by the service provider not be convenient, the service provider will undertake to reimburse the client for the entire booking amount.
