Cellar open to the public at Rathausgasse 5.

Descend the stairs and discover the witnesses of the Middle Ages of Murten, the Vully treasures and short films about the region and its charm.
In the 16th and 17th century the „Wirtschafft zur Cronen“ was the first and most famous tavern of the region. Today its cellar presents itself informative, mediatic, and as a wine ambassador of the region.

Like in the "Wirthschafft zur Cronen" 1669 - amusing moments in historical walls, carefree and entertaining.
Whether family, group or company, here you can enjoy wine tastings and aperitifs or let the evening fade away with chivalry. Our basement offers space for up to 30 people.

Wine Tasting Session
Let yourself be carried away into the world of regional oenologists and enjoy the regional delicacies to various grapes and winegrowers. You will learn exciting as well as instructive inputs about the world of wines.

Film, sommelier or self-study of the wines
You and your group can decide for yourself the information content of the tasting - whether for pleasure or with professional guidance - we will gladly provide you with tasting sheets according to WEST (Wines & Spirit Education Trust) and/or lead a professional tasting. If you would like to see and hear the winegrowers about your wines yourself, book the tasting film.
