9:30 am Start of the gourmet walk.

Come pick up your starting kit, get some explanations, and explore our partners at your own pace. Departures are until 2:00 pm.

From 11:30 am Food

Dine with us with Kernotto (spelt risotto) at Tête dure. Light refreshments will also be offered by producers with a stand at the market.

From 2:00 pm Start of afternoon activities

Dine with us with fondue bars (by reservation at 032 940 10 80). Prefer to share an appetizer platter? Treat yourself! A platter of meat and cheese with a good glass of wine awaits you.

Gourmet walk (by reservation)

From 9:30 am, you have the opportunity to stroll along this unique gourmet route as you please. Our producers exclusively open their doors for you, so don't miss this unique opportunity.

The principle is simple: pick up your starting kit at La Couronne in Sonceboz or at Fromagerie de Sonvilier (please specify your pick-up location when registering). Then take the road with our shuttles that will take you to one of our partners following a specific route connecting La Couronne and Fromagerie de Sonvilier:
- Junod Butcher: Visit the butcher shop. Tastings included (only until 12:00 pm);
- Fromagerie de Cortébert: Want to take cheese in your backpack? Fromagerie de Cortébert offers you 10% discount in their store;
- Christophe Chocolatier: Visit the chocolate factory. Tasting and 10% discount on your purchases;
- Artisanal Brewery La Courtysane: Visit the brewery (in small groups) and explanations on brewing and tasting and sale;
- Arboriculture Society of Courtelary: Visit the site and explanations on custom methods, with tasting of 100% regional apple juice;
- Torrent Mill and Grocery: history of the mill and the surrounding farmers. 10% discount on flours during your visit;
- O’Lait: Agnès Spielhofer welcomes you for a visit to her dairy and a tasting of her delicious specialties.
- Butcher Traiteur Pellet: 10% discount in store will be offered during your visit.
- Fromagerie de Sonvilier: the cheese factory can be visited from 10:30 am to 11:30 am and from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. In addition, the cheese factory offers you 10% discount on its assortment as well as a thermal bag overflowing with cheese for an amount of CHF 15.- (merchandise value CHF 30.-).

You can visit only one or all. The choice is yours. 2 buses will shuttle between La Couronne and Fromagerie de Sonvilier until 3:45 pm (last departure). Part of the route can also be done on foot or by bike.

Important information: the last bus will depart at 3:45 pm from Fromagerie de Sonvilier and La Couronne. Don't miss it!
