In the heart of Cortébert's meadows, Métairie du Milieu de Bienne welcomes guests year-round. Terrace with Chasseral view. Specialties: sausage, cold plate, rösti, fondue, bacon, eggs.
Métairie situated at an altitude of 1,400 metres, surrounded by exceptional trees that create a magical atmosphere that will delight nature lovers. The restaurant seats around 40 people and is open all year round from Thursday to Sunday. Come and enjoy the idyllic winter setting on snowshoes or cross-country skis for a delicious fondue or country-style cuisine. You can also bring your trusty steed! You'll also find summering heifers, horses, sheep, rabbits, cats, hens and pigs: there's something for all animal lovers!
